Shipping & Delivery
We ship to customers across the United States and the European Union. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order is prepared, dispatched, and delivered. If you need any further clarification, our support team is happy to help.
What are your order handling times?
Every order placed with us is typically prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is on its way.
What is the estimated transit time?
For orders within the United States, typical transit takes 3 to 5 business days. For orders going to the European Union, international transit usually takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country. Deliveries generally occur Monday through Friday. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the US.
What is the estimated total delivery time?
From the moment you place your order, expect delivery within 4 to 7 business days for US addresses and 8 to 14 business days for EU addresses. Customs clearance on international orders can occasionally add 1 to 3 days to the total timeline.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you via email along with a link to our tracking page. Simply paste the tracking code into the tracker to follow your package. For further assistance, reach out to us at [email protected] — our support team typically replies within 12 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST).
How is my order packaged?
All items are packed with care using protective materials suited to the product to minimise the risk of any damage during transit.
Which shipping method is used?
All orders are dispatched using standard ground for domestic shipments and standard international shipping for EU deliveries. We work to get your order moving as quickly as possible once payment clears.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Our primary domestic carrier is FedEx, with UPS and USPS used as alternatives depending on the destination. For international orders to the EU, we primarily use DHL, UPS, and local postal services in the destination country. The carrier chosen depends on the delivery address and what provides the fastest, most reliable service.
