How payment works
When you place an order, your card details are entered into a securely encrypted form on our checkout page. The information is transmitted directly to our payment processor — Lenvoshop does not store your card number, CVC, or expiry date on our servers.
Authorization
You may see a temporary authorization hold on your card when you place the order. This hold is released and replaced with the actual charge once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days.
Currency
All prices on Lenvoshop are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank will apply its own conversion rate at the time of the charge.
Failed payments
If your card is declined, please double-check the number, expiry date, and security code, and verify with your bank that there are no holds or restrictions. If issues persist, email [email protected] and we'll help resolve it.
Refunds
